摘要
氯氧镁水泥制品的硬化产物通常以5Mg(OH)_2·MgCl_2·8H_2O相(5·1·8相)为主,这也是制品技术性能的来源,但其热稳定性欠佳。就不同水化硬化温度和制品恒重温度对氯氧镁水泥制品性能的影响进行研究。研究结果表明,氯氧镁水泥制品水化硬化温度和制品恒重温度不宜超过65℃,超过该温度后,温度偏差越多,制品技术性能下降越多。
The hardened product of magnesium oxychloride cement products is mainly5Mg(OH)2-MgCl2·8H2O (5·1·8), which is also the source of technical properties of the products, but its thermal stability is poor. In this paper, the influence of different hydration hardening temperatures and the constant weight temperatures on the properties of magnesium oxychloride cement products is studied. The results show that the hydration hardening temperature and the constant weight temperature of the magnesium oxychloride cement products should not exceed 65℃ and the bigger the temperature deviation is, the more technical the property of the products will decrease.
