摘要
随着经济和建筑技术的发展,超高层建筑逐渐增多,内爬式塔吊是一种常见的大型设备,超高层建筑通常通过建筑电梯井道安装内爬式塔吊,内爬式塔吊的安装和施工具有一定的难度,尤其是后期的高空拆卸更是重中之重。文章通过苏州世茂运河城商业二期8#地块超高层建筑项目的真实案例,阐述在实际拆卸高度将近200 m的高空狭窄屋顶(屋顶上有二层9 m高的钢筋混凝土井字梁构架及沿构架四周1~5 m高的钢结构构架)上,采用经设计改进的10 t小型屋面吊和扒杆组合进行内爬式塔吊拆除工作的过程及施工技术要点。
With the development of economy and technology of construction, super high-rise buildings have gradually increased. Internal climbing tower crane is a large device, which has a certain degree of difficulty of installation and construction . The super high-rise building usually installs the inside climbing tower crane through the elevator shaft, especially in the later stage.The high altitude disassembly is the most important part of it. In this paper, through the super high-rise building project of block NO.8 in Suzhou Shimao canal city commercial I, the author describes the demolition of high narrow roof height of nearly 200 m (the roof has a two-storeyed 9 m reinforced concrete grillage beam and 1-5 m high steel frames around it) and the key points of the demolition process and construction technology of adopting the improved 10 t small roof crane and climbing rods to demolish the inner climbing crane.
