摘要
采用浸渍还原法制备了一系列Ru基催化剂,通过XRD,TG,TEM,XPS等分析手段对制备的催化剂进行表征。以金属Ru作为活性中心,研究了第二组分、催化剂载体等条件的调变对肉桂醛选择性加氢反应的影响。表征结果显示,TiO_2作为Ru基催化剂的载体,能够较好地分散活性物种,提高催化剂的稳定性。实验结果表明,Sn(Ⅳ)物种与Ru配合后,有利于肉桂醛的C=O键选择性加氢,2%Ru-Sn-1/TiO_2催化剂在373 K和3.0 MPa条件下,肉桂醛的转化率达53.0%,肉桂醇的选择性达83.1%,2%Ru-Sn-1/TiO_2催化剂中断反应测试结果表明,催化剂具有较高的稳定性,催化剂活性组分基本没有流失。
A series of Ru-based catalysts were prepared with an impregnation-reduction method and were characterized by XRD,TG,TEM and XPS. The second component and the different supports of materials significantly affected the catalytic performances of Ru-based catalysts. The results show that TiO2 supports could disperse the catalytically active species better and improve the stability of the catalyst. The catalytic results illustrate that the combination of Sn (Ⅳ) species and Ru was more conducive to hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde. Under the optimized reaction conditions,373 K and 3.0 MPa,the 2%Ru-Sn-1/TiO2 catalysts show the best catalytic properties,the conversion of cinnamaldehyde and the selectivity to cinnamyl alcohol were 53.0% and 83.1% respectively. Recycling experiments without obvious decreases of the conversation and the selectivity indicate that 2%Ru-Sn-1/TiO2 catalysts have relatively higher stability and recyclability.
