超高效液相色谱法快速分析异丙苯中的过氧化氢异丙苯与酚类化合物 被引量:2

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱建立了快速分析异丙苯中的过氧化氢异丙苯与酚类杂质的方法,该方法采用BEH C18(1.7μm×2.1 mm×100 mm)反相色谱柱,以乙腈/水为流动相,流量0.4 m L/min,采用梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为220 nm。实验结果表明,目标组分分离效果良好,分析周期为8 min,分析周期短。标样的测试结果表明,各目标化合物在各自配制的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性响应,回归系数均大于0.999,各目标组分的最低检出限为0.235~1.167 mg/L。实际试样中的加标回收率为89.74%~102.26%,6次重复测定的相对标准偏差均小于等于3.18%,定量结果准确可靠,数据精密度良好。将超高效液相色谱应用于异丙苯中微量过氧化氢异丙苯与酚类化合物杂质的分析,为异丙苯生产企业提供了一种简便、快速、准确的分析方法。 The fast-quantitative analysis of cumene hydroperoxide and phenols in cumene by applying ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) was established. Target compounds in real sample were accurately qualified and quantified through a comprehensive analysis of the LC in a gradient elution mode with the flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. A BEH(1.7 μm×2.1 mm×100 mm)was applied for the separation coupled with UV detection(220 nm). The new method therefore effectively realized the ultra-fast analysis within 4 min for the target compounds and 8 min for total analysis. The UV peak area for each compound was used for quantitation calculation. The UV signal response of target compounds showed a good linear relationship with the corresponding concentration and the linear regression coefficients were greater than 0.999. The limits of detection of the method were 0.235-1.167 mg/L. The method recoveries were 89.74%-102.26%. The study provided a new strategy for ultra-fast analysis of byproducts in cumene by applying UPLC.
