摘要
分析了我国炼厂气的利用现状,介绍了当前几种炼厂气分离回收技术,并与水合物分离技术进行了对比,综述了水合物分离技术的基本理论与强化手段,以及可用于炼厂气分离回收的水合物技术研究进展,包括H_2S,CO_2,N_2等混合气的净化,轻烃的分离回收和氢气的提纯与存储,最后对水合物分离技术在炼厂气综合利用上的应用前景进行了展望。
The present situation of refinery gas utilization in China is analyzed. Several separation and recovery technologies for refinery gas are introduced,and compared with hydrate separation technology. The basic theory of hydrate separation technology and its enhancing methods are reviewed. The research progress of hydrate technology which can be used in gas separation and recovery for refinery gas is investigated,including the purification for H2S,CO2,N2 and other mixed gas,separation and recovery for light hydrocarbons,purification for H2 and H2 storage. The application of this technology for refinery gas comprehensive utilization is prospected.
