负载型Fe_2(SO_4)_3-NiSO_4/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂制备条件对异丁烯齐聚反应性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以Fe_2(SO_4)_3和NiSO_4为原料,采用浸渍法制备了Fe_2(SO_4)_3-(NiSO_4)/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂用于异丁烯齐聚反应,考察了催化剂成型、焙烧温度、载Fe量和Fe/Ni原子比对异丁烯齐聚反应的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂成型后,反应活性有所降低,但目的产物的选择性明显提高,选择的成型催化剂为三叶草外形、直径1.2 mm、长度2 mm。适宜的催化剂制备条件为:催化剂焙烧温度为400℃或600℃、载Fe量为8%(w)和5%(w)、Fe/Ni原子比在(1∶4)^(1∶3)之间和(3∶1)^(4∶1)之间,在上述条件下,二聚物的选择性相对较高,三聚物的选择性相对较低,转化率适中,综合反应性能较好。 Fe2(SO4)3-(NiSO4)/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by soak method with the Fe2(SO4)3 and NiSO4 as the raw materials, and it was used in the isobutene oligomerization reaction. The effects of catalyst formation, calcination temperature, iron content and Fe/Ni atomic ratio on isobutene oligomerization were investigated. The results show that the reaction activity decreases after the catalyst is formed, but the selectivity of the target product is obviously improved. The selected catalyst is trefoil with a diameter of 1.2 mm and a length of 2 mm. The suitable conditions for the preparation of the catalyst are as follows: the calcination temperature of the catalyst is 400 ℃ or 600 ℃, the carrying capacity of Fe is 8%(w) and 5%(w), and the ratio of Fe/Ni atoms is (1 : 4)-(1 : 3) and (3 : 1)- (4 : 1). Under the above conditions, the selectivity of the dimer is relatively high, the selectivity of the trimer is relatively low, the conversion is moderate, and the comprehensive reaction performance is better.
