抚顺页岩油碱性氮化物的梯度富集及谱学分析

摘要 以抚顺页岩柴油为原料,经N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂萃取精制,初步得到浓缩碱性氮化物的抽出油,再以抽出油为深度富集碱性氮化物的原料,采用柱色谱分离方法,从抽出油中分离得到了碱性氮化物,对分离得到的碱性氮化物进行FTIR和GC-MS分析。实验结果表明,抚顺页岩油柴油馏分中的碱性氮化物可通过DMF溶剂精制和柱色谱技术得到有效的分离和富集,碱性氮化物的含量(w)由抽出油的17.191%提浓到产物的72.630%,富集分离的产物中鉴定出了73种碱性氮化物,主要为喹啉类、吡啶类和苯胺类化合物,各占产物质量的39.229%,16.474%,11.856%。 Solvent refining with N, N-dimethyl formamide was used to separate diesel distillated from Fushun shale oil into extract oil. The basic nitrogen compounds were concentrated in the extract oil preliminarily. The extract oil was as the raw material for further enrichment. Basic nitrogen compounds were obtained from the extract oil by column chromatography, and analyzed with FTIR and GC-MS. The results showed that the basic nitrogen compounds in diesel distillated from Fushun shale oil were gradient concentrated by the methods of solvent refining and column chromatography. The content (w) of basic nitrogen compounds was concentrated from 17.191% in the extract oil to 72.630% in the product of enrichment. 73 kinds of basic nitrogen compounds were identified in the concentrated products. The main compounds in the basic nitrogen compounds were quinoline, pyridine, and aniline compounds. The content (w) of quinoline, pyridine and aniline were 39.229%, 16.474%, and 11.856%, respectively.
