丹参等11种中药金属元素含量测定及聚类分析

Determination and Cluster Analysis on Metal Elements in 11 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的研究丹参等11种中药金属元素含量测定及聚类分析。方法选取丹参、党参、黄芪、川芎、枸杞子、酸枣仁、回心草、冬虫夏草、细辛、龙胆草、杜仲共11种中药,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定其中的钙、钾、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌、铬元素的含量,进行聚类分析。结果 r=0.5时,去掉权重低于0.5的值,相似药物为丹参、冬虫夏草、黄芪、细辛、杜仲,r=0.6时,去掉权重低于0.6的值,相似药物为冬虫夏草、杜仲、细辛,r=0.75时,去掉权重低于0.75的值,相似药物为冬虫夏草、细辛。结论药物中含有丰富的金属元素,且与药物的治疗效果有着密切的关系,对中药金属元素含量测定及聚类分析能够为药物的作用机制和研发提供科学的依据。

Objective To study the content and cluster analysis on metal elements in 11 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine in Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods A total of 11 Chinese herbs were selected from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali,Chuanxiong,Lycium,Ziziphus jujuba,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Cordyceps Sinensis,Cordyceps Sinensis,Asarum,Gentian,Eucommia,and they were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and iron,manganese,copper,zinc,chromium content,the cluster analysis were carried out. Results When r = 0. 5,removing the weight less than 0. 5 value,similar drugs are Salvia,Cordyceps sinensis,Astragalus,Asarum,Eucommia. When r = 0. 6,removing the weight of less than 0. 6 value,similar drugs are Cordyceps sinensis,Eucommia,Asarum. When r = 0. 75,removing the weight of less than 0. 75 value,similar drugs are Cordyceps sinensis,Asarum.Conclusion The drug is rich in metal elements,and has a close relationship with the therapeutic effect of drugs. The determination of metal elements in Chinese medicine and cluster analysis can provide a scientific basis for the mechanism and development of drugs.
