雷公藤多苷片治疗老年原发性肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tripterygium Glycosides in the Treatment of Senile Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探究雷公藤多苷片治疗老年原发性肾病综合征(PNS)临床效果。方法选取我院2013年2月—2016年1月老年PNS患者94例,依据建档顺序分组,对照组46例予以注射用环磷酰胺治疗,研究组48例予以雷公藤片多苷治疗,两组均持续治疗12个月,分析比较两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白量,统计对比两组临床治疗效果。结果两组治疗前24 h尿蛋白量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后24 h尿蛋白量均较治疗前降低,且研究组24 h尿蛋白量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%(44/48),显著高于对照组的76.09%(35/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片治疗老年PNS,临床效果显著,可明显降低其24 h尿蛋白量。

Objective To explore the curative effect of tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of senile primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods From February 2013 to January 2016,94 cases of elderly patients with PNS in our hospital were divided into control group（ n =46） and study group（ n = 48） according to archiving order. The control group was treated with cyclophosphamide,and the study group was treated with tripterygium glycosides. Both groups were treated for 2 months. 24 h urine protein before and after treatment of the two groups were compared,and the clinical curative effect of two groups was statistically compared as well. Results There was no significant difference in urinary protein between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0.05）. 2h after treatment,the 24 h urine protein levels were both lower than those before treatment,the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was 91. 67%（ 44/48） which was significantly higher than76. 09% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of senile PNS patient have significant clinical effect,and it can significantly reduce patient＇s 24 h urinary protein.
