磁圆梅针用于低龄儿童弱视近期疗效观察

Observation on the Short-term Effect of Magnetic Round Needle in the Treatment of Amblyopia in Young Children

目的观察磁圆梅针用于儿童弱视的临床疗效。方法使用磁圆梅针轻扣14例(26眼)低龄弱视儿童的百会、合谷、养老、风池、翳明、华佗夹脊及眼周穴位,潮红为度,每日1次,连续10次为一个疗程,间隔2日进行下一个疗程,治疗3个疗程后,比较治疗前后矫正视力。结果治疗3个疗程后,治疗前后视力对比,P<0.05,差异有显著意义,患者视力普遍提高,26眼中基本治愈18眼(69.23%),进步6眼(23.08%),无效2眼(7.69%),总有效率达92.31%;且治疗前后总体弱视程度改善有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论磁圆梅针用于低龄儿童弱视有明确疗效,且易于被低龄儿童接受,有较好的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of magnetic round needle in the treatment of amblyopia in young children.Methods Fourteen 3 to 5 years old children（ 26 eyes） suffered from amblyopia were treated with magnetic round needle rapping the points＇（ DU20,LI4,SI6,GB20,EX-HN14,EX-B2 and points around the eye） skin until the skin blushing. The treatment was carried out once a day in ten days,one course finished. The next course was carried out after two days. The corrected and uncorrected visual acuity of every child was checked before the treatment and after 3 courses in total. Results After 3 courses of treatment,the children＇s visual acuity was generally improved than before the treatment（ P〈0.05）. The visual acuity of 18 eyes were markedly improved,6 eyes improved,and 2eyes invalidly improved. The total effective rate was 92. 31%,and the level of the amblyopia was accurately improved after the treatment（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The magnetic round needle in the treatment of amblyopia in young children has definite effect,is easily accepted by children,and has good clinical promotion value.
