哈勒大学(University of Halle)被誉为现代大学的起源和学术自主性理念的发祥地,该文通过对哈勒大学的建立背景、学术自主性理念的初步确立、对后续大学的影响这三个方面的分析,进一步揭示哈勒大学尽管未建立完整的学术自主性理念体系,但其对教学自主性理念的初步探索为德国大学乃至世界大学的发展指明了道路。哈勒大学对学术自主性理念的诠释也许可以为我国现代大学建设提供些许启示。

The University of Halle has been hailed as the origin of modern universities and the pioneer of academic freedom. In this paper, how the University of Halle was established, why it has been praised as the pioneer of academic freedom, and how it influenced the modernisation of German universities are discussed.
