知识产权保护、产学研协同创新与产品质量升级

Intellectual Property Rights Protection,Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation and Product Quality Upgrade

基于2006~2013年省级面板数据,分析了技术转让、合作开发和人才输送3种产学研协同创新模式对我国企业产品质量升级的影响,并采用调节变量方法与门槛回归方法考察了产学研协同创新的影响效应随知识产权保护强度变化而变动的轨迹。结果表明:技术转让、合作开发和人才输送3种产学研协同创新模式均能够促进企业产品质量升级。其中,人才输送的促进作用最大;知识产权保护在技术转让与合作开发模式下对产品质量升级具有显著的调节作用;在不同的地理区位下,其调节作用具有显著的差异性且呈现出"U"型特征。

Based on sample data from 30 provinces in China between 2006 and 2013,this paper analyzes the impact of three model of industry-university-research（I-U-R）collaborative innovation on product quality upgrading in Chinese enterprises,namely technology transfer,cooperative development and talents supply.It also uses the moderating effect model and threshold regression model to investigate the tracks of influencing effects of I-U-R collaborative innovation on product quality upgrading accompanying the fluctuation of intellectual property rights protection.Results show that all of the three models of I-U-R collaborative innovation can promote product quality upgrading,with talent supply playing a bigger role;the moderating effect of intellectual property rights protection is significant within the technology transfer and cooperative development models,and the moderating effects have significant differences in line with variances of geographical locations,featuring a Ushaped track.
