机器人辅助腹腔镜完全腹膜外膀胱癌根治术的初步体验(附光盘)

Totally extraperitoneal robot-assisted radical cystectomy:initial experience

膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。根治性膀胱全切术同时行盆腔淋巴结清扫是肌层浸润性膀胱癌的标准治疗方式,传统的开放膀胱癌根治术仍然是其金标准。随着微创外科技术的发展,腹腔镜或机器人辅助腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术已经很大程度上取代了传统的开放手术。我们在传统的膀胱癌根治术的基础上,结合自身的手术经验和心得,对手术过程进行了改良,形成了新的术式——完全腹膜外机器人辅助腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术。

Bladder cancer is the most common cancer of gentitourologic malignancy. Radical cystectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection is the standard treatment for muscle invasive bladder cancer,and conventional open radical cystectomy remains the gold standard for the treatment. With the improvement of minimally invasive technology, conventional open surgery has been largely replaced by laparoscopic or robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy. In this paper,we will introduce a modified operative process for radical cystectomy based on our clinical experience.
