摘要
浮舰蛋白(Flotillin-1)是一种脂筏标记蛋白,它作为一种常见的蛋白,在动植物体内分布广泛,无论在原核生物还是真核生物中序列都十分保守,不仅能标记脂筏,还充当了脚手架的作用,为许多蛋白质的反应提供了平台,在信号转导、神经元轴突再生、细胞增殖以及癌症早期诊断等现象中起到了重要的作用,因此有很高的研究价值。本文总结了近年来Flotillin-1在各领域中的研究现状,为细胞基础研究、神经疾病、糖尿病和癌症等疾病的研究和治疗提供新的思路。
Flotillin-1 is a lipid rafts marker protein and widely distributed in plants and animals as a common protein. The sequences are much conserved in prokaryotes or eukaryotes. It not only marks lipid rafts, but also as the role of scaffolding to provide a platform for the reaction of many proteins. It has a high research value because it is important for many physiological phenomena like signal transduction, neurite outgrowth, cell proliferation and early diagnosis of cancer. This paper summarizes the research status of lipid raft marker protein flotillin-1 in various fields in recent years, and provides new ideas to cell-based research, treatment of neurological diseases, diabetes, cancer and other diseases.
