凤仙花水提物对小鼠腹泻抑制作用的研究

Experimental Research on the Antidiarrheal Effect in Mice of the Impatiens Balsamina Aqueous Extract

为研究凤仙花水提物对实验动物胃肠道平滑肌的影响并对凤仙花的止泻机制进行探究。按照灌胃的方式给予小鼠番泻叶煎剂诱导小鼠腹泻模型,并根据观察腹泻潜伏期及腹泻次数等指标来评价凤仙花水提物的止泻作用;依次进行小鼠的胃排空和小肠推进实验,通过观察现象探讨其可能的作用机制。结果表明凤仙花水提物对番泻叶煎剂所导致的小鼠泄泻以及小鼠的小肠推进和胃排空有对抗作用。说明凤仙花水提物对小鼠腹泻有抑制作用,其中凤仙花水提物中可能具有止泻成分,其止泻机制之一为抑制肠胃运动。

It showed that Impatiens Balsamina aqueous extract had an inhibitory effect on diarrhea in mice, which may have anti diarrhea ingredients in the extract of Impatiens, the inhibition of gastrointestinal motility is one of its antidiarrheal mechanism.
