加味保元汤对慢性应激大鼠海马SOD、GSH-Px活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究加味保元汤对慢性应激大鼠海马神经元氧化应激的影响,应用慢性复合应激建立抑郁症大鼠模型,将24只SD大鼠随机等分为正常对照组、模型组、加味保元汤组。采用分光光度法检测大鼠海马组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果表明,模型组大鼠海马组织SOD、GSH-Px活性明显降低,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);经加味保元汤干预治疗后,大鼠海马组织SOD、GSH-Px活性明显提高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验结果提示加味保元汤对慢性应激大鼠海马神经元氧化应激损伤具有保护作用。 The objective of this research was to study the effect of Modified Baoyuantang on the activities of hippocampal SOD and GSH-Px in chronically stressed rats. Depression in rats was established by chronic multiple stress. Twenty-four SD rats were randomly and equally divided into the following groups: 1. control group; 2. stressed group; 3. stressed group fed with Modified Baoyuantang. Hippocampal superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities were examined by spectrometer. The results showed that the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly decreased in the stressed group(p 0.01, compared to those in the control group). Rats fed with Modified Baoyuantang had significantly elevated SOD and GSH-Px activities(p 0.01, compared to those in the stressed group). The results indicated that Modified Baoyuantang had a protective effect on the oxidative damage of hippocampal neurons in the chronically stressed rats.
