基于微生物学实验教改构建生物工程人才培养体系——以大连大学生命科学与技术学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 本文着眼于生物工程应用型人才培养,在继承传统微生物学实验课结构上,提出了自主探索型实验项目(综合设计型实验)的教改方法和模式评价体系。针对大连大学生命科学与技术学院本科生缺乏学习兴趣和理论基础的普遍问题,进行包括分组方式、实验内容、实验模式、成果转化等方面的改革。首先,各组学生集体学习基础验证型实验理论和方法;其次,学生结合自身兴趣,联系实际热点,查阅相关资料进行思路总结;再次,学生进行可行性分析,自主拟题并设计实验框架;同时,教师在不违背学生意向的原则下,指导学生确立实验题目及实验方案;最后,各组依次有序进行实验答辩与总结提升;对于有应用价值的选题,提升为大创项目。该教改新模式有利于培养学生学习兴趣、激发学生自主探索和创新精神、提高学生科学实验能力,为学生社会实践提供了宝贵经验、为学生职业发展提供了广阔前景、为学生全面发展提供了必要准备。 In this paper, we focus on the cultivation of applied talents in bioengineering. Based on the inheritance of traditional microbiology experiment, this paper puts forward the teaching reform method and model evaluation system of self-exploratory experiment project(integrated design experiment). Aiming at the common problems of undergraduates' lack of interest in learning and theoretical foundation, this paper conducts a series of reforms including grouping, experiment content and experimental mode and transformation of results. Secondly, students combine their own interests, the actual hotspots, access to relevant information to summarize ideas; Third, the students feasibility analysis, independent research and design of experimental frameworks; at the same time, the students to learn the basic theory and methods of experimental verification; The teacher does not violate the student's intention under the principle, instructs the student to establish the experiment title and the experiment plan; Finally, each group carries on the experiment reply and the summary promotion in turn;For the application of the value of the topic, to upgrade to a large project. The new teaching reform model is conducive to cultivating students' interest in learning, inspire students to explore and innovate spirit, improve students' ability of scientific experiment, provide valuable experience for students' social practice, provide broad prospects for students' career development, and provide necessary for students' all-round development ready.
