医养护一体化模式在社区老年人护理中的应用效果

The effect of integrated medical treatment and nursing model in community elderly care

目的观察医养护一体化模式在社区老年人护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1~6月本地两个社区150名老年人,每个社区各75名。其中将跃进社区卫生服务中心的老年人作为观察组,给予医养护一体化养老护理模式,燎原社区卫生服务中心的老年人作为对照组,给予常规社区养老护理,干预6个月后,对比两组老年人的生活质量评分、护理满意度及护理效果。结果护理前,两组老年人的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组老年人的生活质量评分显著高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组老年人生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组老年人自理能力、护理知识知晓率、安全健康知晓率、心理健康均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组老年人对社区养老护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医养护一体化模式能够提高社区老年人生活质量,促进社区老年医养结合型养老护理模式的发展。

Objective To observe the application effect of integrated medical treatment and nursing model in community elderly care. Methods From January to June 2016, 75 old people were respectively chosen from two local communities. The elderly from Yuejin Community Health Service Center were selected as the observation group, which were treated by integrated medical treatment and nursing model. The elderly from Liaoyuan Community Health Service Center were selected as control group, which were received routine nursing. 6 months after nursing, the quality of life score, nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the elderly in the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of quality of life （P 〉 0.05）; after nursing, the quality of life score in the two groups were significantly higher than that before nursing （P 〈 0.05）, and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The rates of self-care ability, nursing knowledge awareness, health and safety awareness and mental health in observation group were better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated medical treatment and nursing model can improve the quality of life, and promote the development of the model of community nursing care.
