基于循证理论的口腔护理干预对化疗口腔溃疡患者护理满意度的影响

Effects of oral nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory on nursing satisfaction of patients with chemotherapy oral ulcer

目的探讨基于循证理论的口腔护理干预对化疗口腔溃疡患者护理满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析沧州市人民医院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的80例化疗口腔溃疡患者的临床资料,依据护理方法将其分为常规护理组和循证护理组,各40例。常规护理组给予常规口腔护理干预,循证护理组给予基于循证理论的口腔护理干预。对两组患者的口腔溃疡程度、临床疗效、护理满意度进行统计分析。结果护理后,循证护理组口腔溃疡程度显著优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);循证护理组护理的总有效率为90.0%,显著高于常规护理组(62.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);循证护理组护理满意度评分量表中健康教育、服务态度与主动性、关爱与沟通评分及护理满意度总分均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证理论的口腔护理干预较常规口腔护理干预更能有效地提升化疗口腔溃疡患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of oral nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory on nursing satisfaction of patients with chemotherapy oral ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with chemotherapy oral ulcer in Cangzhou People＇s Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, the patients were divided into conventional nursing group and evidence-based nursing group, with 40 cases in each group. The con- ventional nursing group was given conventional oral nursing intervention, the evidence-based theory group was given o- ral nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory. The degree of oral ulcer, clinical curative effects, nursing sat- isfaction of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results After nursing intervention, the oral ulcer degree of the evidence-based nursing group was significantly better than conventional nursing group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total nursing effective rate of evidence-based nursing group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that of conventional nursing group （62.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of health education, service attitude and initiative, love and communication scores and nursing satisfaction total score of nursing satisfaction rating scale in evidence-based nursing group were significantly higher than those of conventional nursing group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory is more effective than con- ventional oral nursing intervention on improving the nursing satisfaction of patients with chemotherapy oral ulcer, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
