摘要
304不锈钢"O"型密封环主要用于管路系统、压力容器的密封。采用密封式全位置TIG管管焊枪(不加焊丝),进行焊接接头的制作。研究焊接工艺、热处理制度对焊接接头组织、性能的影响。合适的工艺参数,使得焊接后管材的强度、硬度及扩口、压扁工艺性能均可达到使用要求;对焊接接头进行1020℃固溶热处理,随着保温时间的延长,焊接接头延伸率提高,组织趋于均匀化,当保温时间为90min时,焊接接头可获得较好的力学性能及较为均匀的组织。
O shape sealing rings of 304 stainless steel are mainly used in the sealing of tube system and pressure vessels. The welding joints of 304 stainless steel tubes were made with a special sealing and all position TIG tube-tube welding torch. The effect of Welding techn- ology and heat treatment processes on microstructue and performance was mainly studied in this experiment. It indicated that the welding joints with good quality can be made with applicable process parameter. And the intension,hardness,flaring and battering process properties of tubes after welding all meet the requirements. When annealing heat treatment with 1020 centigrade were carried on the welding joints,its elongation will increase and microstructure will homoge- nize according to the extension of holding time. The welding joints can possess better mechanical properties and homogenic microstructure with ninty minutes holding time.
