The Method of Al/PTFE Preparation Technology and the Burning Effect of Energetic Fragment

摘要 为研究Al/PTFE制备工艺与含能破片燃烧效应,采用粉末冶金方法制备了Al/PTFE含能破片,通过靶场试验验证Al/PTFE含能破片撞击Al板后的燃烧效应。结果表明:提高模压压力和通过烧结均能提高Al/PTFE材料的密度;Al/PTFE含能破片撞击目标并受到较大的挤压能使含能破片中的含能材料发生反应并放出热量,引燃浸有柴油的油布或油箱。 In order to study the preparation technology of AI/PTFE and the buming effect of energetic fragment, the Al/PTFE reactive material was preperad by using the powder metallurgy method. The experiment has venified the burning effect that the Al/PTFE ener- getic fragment penetrates the Al target plate. Results show that, with the increase of pressure and in a way of sinter, the density of Al/PTFE gradually increases. With the big pressure when the Al/PTFE energetic fragment penetrates the target plate, the energetic fragment re- leases energe to burn the fuel tank that contain the diesel oil.
