自由薄壁钢管在平头弹横向撞击下的动力响应 被引量:1

摘要 为分析自由薄壁钢管遭受高速飞射体撞击后的动力学响应,采用LS-DYNA3D软件对平头钢弹横向撞击304薄壁钢管进行数值模拟。得到弹体高速撞击钢管冲塞过程中的加载特性,以及自由钢管速度的变化规律。结果表明,弹丸低于穿透极限速度撞击时,自由钢管速度与撞击速度呈线性增加关系;当撞击速度更高时,自由钢管获得速度趋于常值;弹丸撞击姿态对自由钢管的动力响应效果明显,当弹丸以弹轴平行于钢管轴向姿态正撞击时,自由钢管可获得最大的速度。 Numerical simulation by LS-DYNA3D is employed to investigate the dynamics behavior of the free thin cylinder tube of 304 steel subjected to flying projectile. The loading characteristic is analyzed, and the result in the velocity distributing of the free cylinder tube is also discussed. It shows that, the velocity of the free thin cylinder tube is linearly increased when the impact velocity of the projectile is below the ballistic limit;while the obtained ve- locity of free thin cylinder tends to be constant at higher impact velocity. Impact postures of the projectile proves more effective for the dynamic behavior of the free thin cylinder and it can get the max velocity for the impact posture with horizontal and along the cylinder tube axial direction.
