完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌的应用及临床优势探讨

Investigation of the complete resection of the mesenteric in the treatment of colon cancer and its clinical advantages

目的 探究结肠癌患者接受完整结肠系膜切除术治疗的价值。方法选取结肠癌患者100例,分为两组,其中实验组给予完整结肠系膜切除术治疗,对照组接受传统结肠癌根治术治疗。结果实验组结肠癌患者的术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间、淋巴结清除数与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组结肠癌总有效率、并发症几率、疾病复发率、存活率均与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者接受完整结肠系膜切除术治疗,可以促进其预后和生活质量的改善。

Objective To investigate the value of the complete resection of the mesenteric in colorectal cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with the complete resection of the mesenteric and the control group received traditional radical re- section of colon cancer. Results The intraoperative blood loss, exhaust time, hospitalization time and lymph node dis- section in colorectal cancer group were compared between the experimental group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And the total effective rate, complication rate, recurrence of disease and survival rate were compared between the experimental group and the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The complete resection of the mesenteric applied in colon cancer patients can promote the improve- ment of prognosis and quality of life.
