耳后入路修补鼓膜大穿孔20例体会

Repair of tympanic membrane perforation via retroauricular approach in 20 cases

目的 探讨耳后入路内外植法修补鼓膜大穿孔的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2004年1月~2016年5月我院20例耳后入路内外植法修补鼓膜大穿孔的患者,并随访,分析穿孔愈合率、听力提高情况和鼓室胆脂瘤发生情况。结果 20例鼓膜大穿孔已愈合18例(90%),听力提高10~30 d B,平均听力提高(15.00±5.13)d B,所有患者无听力下降,无鼓室胆脂瘤发生。结论耳后入路内外植法修补鼓膜大穿孔疗效确切,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal and external implantation via retroauricular approach on repairing tympanic membrane perforation. Methods A total of 20 patients receiving repair of tympanic membrane per- foration by internal and external implantation via retroaurieular approach in our hospital from January 2004 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and were followed-up. The perforation healing rate, hearing improvement and oc- currence of tympanoma cholesteatoma were analyzed. Results Among the 20 cases of tympanic membrane perforation, 18 cases（90%） had healed. The hearing was improved by 10-30 dB, with the average hearing improved by （15.00±5.13）dB. There were no hearing loss or tympanoma eholesteatoma in all patients. Conclusion Internal and external implantation via retroauricular approach for repairing tympanic membrane perforation has an exact curative effect, which has a high- er clinical application value.
