西药人工周期联合中药健脾益肾法治疗青春期功血临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of western medicine artificial cycle combined with traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen method in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的研究分析西药人工周期联合中药健脾益肾法治疗青春期功血临床效果。方法选取本院2013年4月~2016年4月收治的青春期功血患者100例,将其分为对照组及研究组,对照组予西药人工周期治疗,研究组给予西药人工周期治疗联合中药健脾益肾治疗。观察对比两组术后完全止血时间和治疗前后子宫内膜厚度。结果研究组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组子宫内膜厚度和完全止血时间优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),经期与月经周期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组不良反应发生率为12.00%,对照组为18.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西药人工周期联合中药健脾益肾治疗青春期功血临床效果显著,止血时间短,月经周期、经期恢复快,安全率高,不良反应发生率低,临床效果好,适合广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of western medicine artificial cycle combined with traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen method in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 100 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and study group. The artificial western medicine cycle therapy was used in the control group, and the study group was given artificial therapy of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen treatment. The complete hemostasis time after the surgery and the thickness of endometrium before and after treatment were observed in both groups and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.00% in the study group, higher than that of 74.00% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The endometrial thickness and complete hemostasis time in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈O.05）. There was no significant difference in the menstrual cycle and menstrua- tion between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The probability of adverse re- actions was 12.00% in the study group and 18.00% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （/%0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of western medicine artificial cycle combined with traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen method is significant in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The hemostasis time is short, the recovery of menstrual cycle and menstruation is fast, the safety is high, the incidence rate of adverse reactions is low, and the clinical effect is favorable, which is suitable to be widely applied.
