摘要
目的 比较PDCA循环与传统教学法在初级职称护士培训中教学效果的差异性。方法以我院初级职称护士为研究对象;研究组按照PDCA循环步骤,运用头脑风暴法、鱼骨图等教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。比较两组初级职称护士出科理论考试成绩、临床技能操作、学习积极性的差异。结果研究组出科各项成绩及学习积极性均高于对照组。研究组带教老师和患者满意度高于对照组。结论 PDCA循环教学法实施效果满意,能让初级职称护士系统掌握专科理论知识及临床操作技能,提升专业素质和综合能力。
Objective To compare the differences of educational effect of PDCA cycle and traditional educational method in the training of nurses with primary professional title(specializing in neurology). Methods The nurses with primary professional title in our hospital were selected as study subjects. The study group was given the PDCA cycle procedure, and educational methods such as brainstorming and fish bone map were applied. The control group was giv- en traditional teaching method. The differences of the scores of the theoretical test, clinical skills, learning initiatives were compared between the two groups of nurses with primary professional title. Results The test scores and learning initiative in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction degree of the teachers and pa- tients in the study group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion The effects of PDCA cycle teaching method are satisfactory, which enables the nurses with primary professional title to systematically master the theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of neurology, and enhance the professional quality and comprehensive ability.
