耳穴埋豆联合艾灸促进直肠癌Dixon术后肠功能恢复的护理疗效观察

Observation of nursing effect of ear acupoint embedding beans combined with moxibustion on the recovery of intestinal function after Dixon operation for rectal cancer

目的 探讨耳穴埋豆联合艾灸促进直肠癌Dixon术后肠功能恢复的护理疗效。方法对本院2015年10月~2016年10月收治的80例直肠癌并行Dixon手术治疗的患者随机分为治疗组(单号40例)和对照组(双号40例),对两组患者分别给予常规治疗护理联合耳穴埋豆、艾灸和常规治疗护理,疗程1周。比较两组患者首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和腹胀情况评分,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和腹胀情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者总有效率(85.0%)高于对照组(57.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合艾灸能有效促进直肠癌Dixon术后肠功能恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of ear acupoint embedding beans combined with moxibustion on the recovery of intestinal function after Dixon operation for rectal cancer. Methods 80 cases of rectal cancer treated with Dixon surgery in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group（odd num- ber, 40 cases） and control group （even number, 40 cases）. The two groups were given routine treatment combined with ear acupoint embedding beans, moxibustion and conventional treatment respectively and the treatment lasted for one week. The time of the first anal exhaust and defecation, the recovery time of bowel sound and the abdominal distension scores in the two groups were observed and statistical analysis was carried out. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in the first exhaust time, the first defecation time, recovery time of bowel sound and abdominal distension and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate in the treatment group （85.0%） was higher than that in the control group （57.5%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ear acupoint embedding beans combined with moxibustion can effectively promote the recovery of intesti- nal function alter Dixon operation for rectal cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
