摘要
目的检验科通过运用PDCA循环法,提高检验项目合理化建议的执行率。方法将检验科执行临床对检验项目合理化建议的管理过程按PDCA循环法分为P(Plan计划阶段)、D(Do实施阶段)、C(Check检查阶段)和A(Action处理阶段)四个阶段,按照管理目标和改进计划开展工作。结果针对检验项目的合理化建议,检验科运用PDCA循环法进行持续改进,执行率从69%上升到79%。结论通过运用PDCA循环法,检验科检验项目合理化建议的执行率得到了大幅提升,但是仍未达到目标管理值,有待通过下一个PDCA循环持续改进。
Objective To improve the implementation rate of the rationalization proposal of the inspection items by using PDCA cycle method in Clinical Laboratory. Methods The management process of clinically implementing the rationalization proposal of the inspection items in clinical laboratory was divided into four stages according to PDCA cycle method: P(Plan), D(Do), C(Check) and A(Action). The works were implemented in accordance with management objec- tives and improvement plans. Results For the rationalization proposal of the inspection items, the laboratory continued to use the PDCA cycle method for continuous improvement, and the implementation rate was improved from 69% to 79%. Conclusion By using the PDCA cycle method, the implementation rate of the rationalization proposal of the inspection items has been greatly improved, but has still not reached the target management value, which is to be improved through the next PDCA cycle.
