突发群体哮喘的救治及护理体会

Experience of treatment and nursing in sudden group asthma

目的总结突发群体哮喘的救治经验及体会。方法选取内蒙古包钢医院急诊医学科494例突发群体哮喘患者作为研究对象,在及时启动应急预案的基础上进行积极的救治,且对两批危重哮喘患者从接诊上报时间、发作缓解时间、收入院时间三个观察指标统计分析,并进行经验总结。结果经过精心治疗,494例患者全部缓解出院。其中,437例患者急诊用药后缓解,57例危重患者住院5~12 d出院,无死亡病例。经积极分析、总结不足,第二批危重患者三项观察指标较第一批改善。结论在突发群体事件的救治中,应立即启动应急预案,并加强治疗,可有效改善患者转归,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To summarize the lessons and experience of treatment and rescue in sudden group asthma. Methods A total of 494 patients with sudden group asthma in emergency medical department in Baogang Hospital of Inner Mongolia were selected as the research subjects. On the basis of timely start of contingency plans, active treatment was carried out. Statistical analysis of three observation indicators of diagnosis report time, relief time of onset, admission time were carried out in the two groups of critical asthma patients, and the experience was summarized. Resuits All 494 patients were recovered and discharged after the meticulous treatment. Among them, 437 patients were alleviated after emergency medication, 57 critical patients were hospitalized for 5-12 days, with no deaths. After a positive analysis, and summary of the insufficiency, the three indicators of the second batch of critical patients were better than the first batch. Conclusion In the treatment and rescue of sudden group events, contingency plan should be immediately initiated, and the treatment should be strengthened, which can effectively improve the outcome of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
