摘要
物料流动性是影响猪粪干式沼气发酵的重要因素,文章采用流速表征物料的流动性,参考污泥输送流速,并模拟生产规模干式沼气发酵工程,确定猪粪干发酵物料流动的临界流速为6 mm·s^(-1)。以猪粪干式沼气发酵残余物为对象,研究了发酵残余物总固体(TS)含量、出料管管径、出料管进出口高度差对发酵残余物物料流动性的影响。物料下降过程平均流速测试结果表明,TS含量越小,管径越大,高度差越大,流动性越好。TS 18%和TS 19%的物料,在管径75~150 mm的出料管中,在高度差100~800 mm下,都具有流动性。TS 20%的物料,在管径125~150 mm的出料管中,在高度差达到100 mm时,具有流动性;在管径75~100 mm的出料管中,只有在高度差达到300 mm时,才具有流动性。TS 21%的物料,在管径150,125,100,75 mm的出料管中,只有高度差分别达到300,400,600,800 mm时,才具有流动性。TS 22%的物料,在管径75~125 mm的出料管中,在高度差100~800 mm下,都没有流动性;在管径150 mm的出料管中,只有在高度差达到600 mm时,才具有流动性。
Material liquidity is an important factor influencing dry biogas fermentation of swine manure. In this paper, the material liquidity was characterized by flow rate. Referencing the flow rate of sludge transportation and simulating full scale dry biogas project, the critical flow rate for dry swine manure fermentation was determined as 6 mm · s-1. Using the diges- rate of swine manure dry fermentation as the raw material, the effects of digestate TS content, the diameter of outlet pipe, and the in-out height difference of discharge pipe, on digestate flow ability were investigated. The average velocity test showed that the smaller the TS content, the larger the diameter, the bigger the height difference, and the better the material fluidity. Under the digestate TS of 18% and 19 %, the material had mobility in the discharge pipe with diameter of 75- 150 mm and height difference of 100 - 800 mm. The digestate TS of 20% had mobility in the pipe with diameter of 125 - 150 mm and the in-out height difference of above 100 mm. With pipe diameter of 75 -100mm, only when the height difference was more than 300 mm, the digestate possessed mobility. For the digestate TS of 21%, the material could possessed mobility in the discharge pipe of diameter 150, 125, 100, 75 mm only when the height difference reached 300, 400, 600, 800 mm, respectively. For the digestate with TS of 22%, there were no liquidity in the pipe of 75 - 125 mm diameter even under the height difference of 100 - 800 mm. It would have mobility if the pipe diameter was 150 mm and height difference was more than 600 ram.
