摘要 沼液的无害化处理排放因成本过高,影响了沼气工程的推广。文章在传统多效蒸发浓缩技术的基础上,利用MVR技术及空气源热泵技术,开发1种适用于中小型沼气工程配套的沼液浓缩三效蒸发工艺。经处理后的水能到达Ⅱ类水标准,并获得浓缩液,为沼液的资源化处理、减少污水排放处理成本,进行新的探索。 Because of excessive costs, the biosafety disposal of biogas slurry affected the promotion of biogas projects. Based on the traditional multi-effect evaporation concentration techniques, adopting MVR technology and air-source heat pump technology, a three-effect evaporation process was developed for concentration of biogas slurry from small and medium biogas projects. After the treatment, it could obtain a standardll water and a concentrated solution. It is a new way of resourceful disposal and reducing discharge cost for biogas slurry.
