我国大型养殖场沼气工程经济效益分析——以江西泰华牧业科技有限公司为例

The Benefit Analysis for Large Biogas Projects in China:A Case of Taihua Livestock Husbandry Ltd in Jiangxi Province

经济效益是影响沼气工程正常运转的关键因素,对沼气工程能源效益和生态效益的发挥有着重要的意义。文章以经营状况较好的大型养殖场——泰华牧业科技有限公司为研究对象,利用系统动力学方法,从系统发展的角度、运用财务现值分析法分析了其沼气工程的经济效益及经济可行性,得出仅在当前的政府补贴和发电上网两项政策支持下该养殖场沼气工程不具有经济可行性的结论,需进一步提高沼气工程的经济效益,其中促进沼渣有机肥行业的发展和种植经济价值高的作物是提高沼气工程经济效益的有效途径。

Taking a large well-operated farm plant of Taihua Livestock Husbandry Ltd as an example, adopting system dynamics method and net present value method, the economic feasibility and benefit of the biogas project were analyzed. And the result came to a conclusion that the biogas project had no economic feasibility if only under the present government sub- sidy policy and the policy of biogas-generated power leading into the grid. So the economic benefit of the biogas project needs a further promotion. Facilitating biogas residue as organic fertilizer and planting high-value crops are effective ways to promote economic benefit of large farm biogas plant.
