摘要
简要介绍了近年来粮食储藏过程中水分、温度、微生物、虫害、气体成分的快速检测方法,分析了各种方法的优缺点及其在粮库实际管理中的应用情况,为各级粮食工作者以及相关学者提供参考。
In grain storage process, rapid detection methods of moisture, temperature, microbes, insects and gas composition were briefly introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods and their applications in the actual management were summarized, which could provide references for grain workers and relevant scholars.
