摘要
分析了合金元素对锚杆钢筋的组织和力学性能的影响,按照YB/T4364-2014《锚杆用热轧带肋钢筋》标准,结合承钢公司钒资源优势,在HRB500E成分体系基础上,成功开发了MG500高强度锚杆钢筋。该产品的屈服强度为560~595 MPa、抗拉强度为685~715 MPa,伸长率24%~29%,冲击功124~172 J。该产品可提高支护强度,具有承受巨大切应力的能力,降低井巷支护密度,进一步保障安全,减少钢材消耗。
By analyzing the effect of alloying elements on the microstructure and properties of bolt and the YB/T4364-2014 " Bolt Hot-Rolled Ribbed Bar" standard,combined with our company’s advantages in vanadium resources and based on the HRB500 E composition system,MG500 high-strength bolt ribbed bar was successfully developed. It’s yield strength is 560 ~ 595 MPa,tensile stregth 685 ~ 715 MPa,elongation 24%~ 29%,impact enengy 124 ~ 172 J. It can improve the strength of support,has the ability to bear enormous shear stress,can reduce the density of shaft and drift supporting,further protect the safety,reduce steel consumption.
