摘要
生产氮化钒用推板窑在使用过程中极易在窑腔内形成结垢,当结垢物长大到一定程度后会影响推板窑生产。分析了氮化钒的反应机理及结垢物的化学成分,对氮化钒的结垢机理进行了研究,结垢物是由碳、K_2CO_3、Na_2CO_3、水等形成的混合物。减少生料球内的残存水分和入窑生球粉料量,可以有效控制结垢物的形成,延长推板窑的使用寿命。
In the process of producing vanadium nitride,it is easy to form scaling in the cavity of pusher kiln.When the scaling grows up to a certain extent,it will affect the production of pusher kiln. The reaction mechanism of vanadium nitride and the chemical composition of scaling are analyzed. The scaling mechanism of vanadium nitride is studied. The scaling is kind of mixture of carbon,K2CO3,Na2CO3,water and so on.The reduction of residual moisture in rawmaterial globule and powder content of green ball can effectively control the formation of scaling and prolong the service life of the pusher kiln.
