摘要
针对防盗门客户对冷轧板厚度精度、板形、冲压性能等均有较高的要求,邯钢冷轧厂在普通冷轧板SPCC工艺制度的基础上进行工艺优化。按不同厚度区间设定冷轧板厚度负差,保证不同厚度冷轧板的整体厚度偏差;优化脱脂及退火工艺,确保带钢表面质量及力学性能;调整平整机工作辊辊形和平整延伸率,通过重卷线的拉矫延伸机进一步改善带钢板形。冷轧厂成功开发了防盗门专用冷轧板,该钢种凭借较高的厚度精度、良好的板形和力学性能得到了客户的认可。
In order to meet the high requirements of the customers on the thickness precision,shape and stamping performance of cold rolled sheets,process optimization of Hansteel cold rolling mill was carried out on the basis of the SPCC process system of the ordinary cold rolled plate. The optimization included that the thickness negative difference of cold rolled plate was set according to different thickness interval to ensure the overall thickness deviation of cold rolled plate with different thickness; degreasing and annealing processes were optimized to ensure the surface quality and mechanical properties of strip steel; the shape of the strip steel was further improved through the adjustment of work roll contour and elongation of SPMin the streching straighener of the re-coiling line. The cold rolled plate for security door was successfully developed. This product was recognized by customers because of high thickness accuracy,good flatness and favorable mechanical properties.
