摘要
药师结合药物的剂型特征和药理学特征对1例抗生素相关性腹泻的患者提出了合理用药建议;依据循证医学证据对患者提出了质子泵抑制剂合理使用的建议。提高了药物的治疗效果,降低了患者的治疗成本。
Pharmacists participated in therapy of a patient on enteral tube feeding with antibiotic- associated diarrhea by analyzing the feature of drug dosage forms and pharmacology. Reasonable proposals were put forward for the rational use of proton pump inhibitors in the patient on the basis of evidencebased medicine, which improved the therapeutic effects of drugs and reduced the patient＇s cost.
