微信式延续护理对初产妇的影响

The Influence of WeChat Continuous Nursing on Primipara

目的:探讨微信式延续护理对初产妇的影响。方法:将202例初产妇随机分为实验组102例和对照组100例,对照组出院后给予常规护理指导,实验组出院后给予微信式延续护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组出院时、出院1个月、出院3个月自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:微信式延续护理能有效改善初产妇自护能力和生活质量,减少并发症。

Objective： To explore the influence of WeChat continuous nursing on primipara. Methods： 202 primiparas were randomly divided into the experimental group（ 102 cases） and the control group（ 100 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing instruction after discharge,and the experimental group was given We Chat continuous nursing care after discharge. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results： At the time of discharge,1 month after discharge,3 months after discharge,the difference of self-care ability scale and the quality of life of the WHO BREF score was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： WeChat continuous nursing care can effectively improve the primiparas＇ self-care ability and quality of life,reduce complications.
