近年来,随着互联网的高度发展、网民数量的迅速增长尤其是社交媒体、自媒体的广泛兴起,使媒介信息传播模式发生了前所未有的变革,"网络媒介审判"现象也愈演愈烈,已经影响到了媒介行使新闻监督的权利,也严重干扰了司法审判的独立性和公正性,对现实的司法活动产生无法挽回的负面影响,媒介审判已经成为两者之间难以平衡的焦点。因此,抑制消除媒介审判的负面效应成为一个亟待解决的问题。
