中国共产党理论话语权建设的挑战与建构

The Challenge and Construction of the Theoretical Discourse Power of the Communist Party of China

政党的理论话语是政党文化、价值观、意识形态的理论凝结,理论话语权则事关党的执政稳定性和有效性。在当代中国,中国共产党理论话语权(以下称党的理论话语权)的主导地位,受到西方政治理论话语霸权、多样化社会思潮、信息网络化以及党的自身理论建设仍有待提高等挑战,其凝聚社会共识以引领社会前进的功能被削弱。欲强化党的理论话语权,需要充分发挥执政党的话语优势,需要从理论、实践、传播媒介三个方面着手巩固话语阵地,着力推进党的理论话语的战斗力、感召力和影响力。

The theoretical discourse of the party is the condensation of the party culture, values and ideology,and the theoretical discourse power is related to the stability and effectiveness of the party.In the contemporary Chinese, Chinese Communist Theory Discourse（The theoretical discourse power of the party）by western political theory, discourse hegemony, diversified social thought, market economic limitations, the information network and the party’s self construction theory lack of challenge, the consensus in the community to lead the society forward function is weakened.To strengthen the party’s theoretical discourse,giving full play to the advantages of the ruling party’s discourse discourse advantage, from theory and practice, three aspects of media to strong discourse position, efforts to promote the party’s theory of discourse combat, charisma and influence.
