中药复方治疗功能性消化不良研究进展

Clinical Research Progress on Chinese Herbal Compound in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

功能性消化不良是临床上常见的功能性胃肠病,其发病率、复发率较高,病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,严重影响患者的生活质量和身心健康。近年来,中药复方治疗功能性消化不良取得了显著的疗效,展示出其独特的治疗优势。综合国内近五年的临床研究成果,从功能性消化不良的病因病机、辨证分型、中药复方临床应用三个方面进行论述。

Objective：Functional dyspepsia is a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease, the incidence and recurrence rate of the disease is relatively high, the cause and pathogenesis of the disease is not completely clear, seriously affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients. In recent years,the traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of functional dys- pepsia has achieved remarkable curative effect, showing its unique therapeutic advantage. In this paper, the results of clinical research in recent five years in China are discussed from three aspects： the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine compound.
