摘要
分析了目前国内300MW等级亚临界汽轮机存在的主要问题,介绍了国内亚临界汽轮机通流改造发展历程,从本体结构、汽轮机进排汽、密封结构、中低负荷提效方面论述了目前亚临界汽轮机通流改造运用的新技术,比较了通流改造主要厂家的技术特点和实施项目的改造效果,确定了300MW等级亚临界机组通流改造的基本原则和改造范围,针对通流改造中设计边界条件选取、保证热耗率确定等问题和其它注意事项提出建议,为发电企业汽轮机通流改造和节能降耗工作提供参考。
The paper analyzes the main problems about the domestic 300MW subcritical steam turbine at present, introduces the process of flow path retrofit of subcritical steam turbine, discusses the latest technology of the current flow reconstruction of subcritical steam turbine in aspect of nlet and outlet steam, main body structure, sealing technology, low and medium load optimization, compares the features of flow and transformation of main manufacturers and the effect, gives the principle and scope of the flow path retrofit in 300MW subcritical steam turbine and also put forward some suggestions to the existing problems about the the designing boundary conditions and the selection of heat consumption rate, in order to provide references for the flow path retrofit of steam turbine and the energy-saving work in the power generation.
