低温等离子射频消融联合博来霉素治疗咽后间隙淋巴管瘤

Radiofrequency ablation with bleomycin in the treatment of retropharyngeal lymphatic malformation

目的探讨咽后间隙淋巴管瘤的诊断与治疗。方法采用低温等离子射频消融联合博来霉素治疗咽后间隙淋巴管瘤,分析临床资料并复习相关文献。结果该方法容易操作,术中出血少,不易损伤正常的组织结构,能够减少手术时间,明显改善临床症状,术后无明显并发症,术后随访6个月均无复发情况。结论淋巴管瘤发生于咽后间隙属于罕见,目前国内外报道的案例很少,对其治疗的方法尚无定论,本研究采用低温等离子射频消融联合博来霉素治疗具有良好的疗效,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of retropharyngeal lymphatic malformation. Methods We adopt radiofrequency ablation with bleomycin to cure retropharyngeal lymphatic malformation. Clinical data are analyzed,related literatures were reviewed. Results This method is simple to operate, less bleeding and hardly damaging the normal tissue structure is advantage of it ,The technology can reduce operation time and significantly improves the clinical symptoms, no complications were reported in the postoperative. There was no recurence during the six months of folow-up. Conclusion Retropharyngeal lymphatic malformation is rare, very few cases have reported in china and abroad, there is no standard of the treatment, this research used the radiofrequency ablation with bleomycin method which has good result, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
