摘要
考虑复杂交变载荷、啮合刚度、啮合间隙、制造和安装误差等因素,建立了复杂激励下桥式起重机减速器齿轮副间隙非线性多自由度动力学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink中的RungeKutta法对齿轮间隙非线性动力学模型进行数值仿真求解,分析了负载、齿侧间隙、激励频率及阻尼比等参数变化对系统动态性能的影响。
Considering the factors such as complex alternating load, meshing stiffness, meshing clearance, manufacturing and installation errors, the nonlinear multi - degree - of - freedom dynamics model of the clearance between the gear pair of the bridge crane reducer under complex excitation is established. By using the Runge - Kutta method of MATLAB/Simulink, the simulation solution of the nonlinear dynamic model of gear clearance is carried out. The effects of parameters such as load, tooth backlash, excitation frequency and damping ratio on the dynamic performance of the system are analyzed.
