摘要
介绍了非对称齿形活齿端面谐波齿轮啮合副的结构形式。在引入齿形非对称系数描述齿形非对称程度的基础上,将对称齿形的活齿端面谐波齿轮的啮合原理及啮合副的齿面方程推广到非对称齿形的活齿端面谐波齿轮(可将对称齿形作为非对称齿形的一种特殊情况),从而推导出了非对称齿形活齿端面谐波齿轮的瞬时传动比保持恒定的条件和各啮合副的齿面方程。
The structure of oscillating teeth end face harmonic gear is introduced on the basis of introdu- cing the asymmetrical coefficient for describing the degree of tooth asymmetry. The engagement theory and shape equationof symmetry tooth is extended to the asymmetrical tooth of the oscillating teeth end face harmonic gear drive, thus the conditions of instantaneous transmission ratio constant and the equations of all meshing pair for asymmetrical tooth of the oscillating teeth end face harmonic gear drive are deduced.
