摘要
MW级的风电增速齿轮箱运行一年左右出现第三级大齿轮轮齿折断问题。从运转因素、设计因素、材质因素、制造因素、装配因素对第三级大齿轮的失效原因进行了分析,结果表明,失效的主要原因是第三级大齿轮的装配问题,由于此部件的联接螺栓未紧固到位,造成轮齿的疲劳断裂。
There is a third - grade gear tooth fracture problem, when the MW - class wind power growth gear box running a year or so. The reason of the failure of the three - stage gear is analyzed from the operational, design, material, manufacturing and assembly factors. The results show that the failure of the third gear is the assembly problem of the third gear. The coupling bolt is not fastened in place, resulting in gear tooth fatigue fracture.
