摘要
以某铸铝合金变速箱为研究对象,采用液压伺服控制的方式设计出高精度、易操控的变速箱壳体变形试验系统;通过增配相应夹具,还可进行多种传动零件(如传动轴、离合器等)的扭转试验。综合考量变速箱的动态和静态壳体变形过程,采用变斜率和变幅值的加载方式,建立了一套简单易行的变速箱壳体变形试验方法;结合某型号变速器进行了试验,验证了变速箱壳体变形试验系统与试验方法的可行性,不仅为变速器壳体变形试验提供了重要的手段,而且为变速器壳体刚度与NVH设计、分析和优化提供了准确的基础数据。
Taking a casting aluminum alloy gearbox as the research object, a high precision and easy to control gearbox housing deformation test system is designed by the mode of hydraulic servo control. The test system can also be used for the torsion test of various transmission parts, such as a transmission shaft, a clutch, etc. by properly configuring the corresponding fixture. In order to comprehensively consider the dynamic and static deformation process of the gearbox, a loading method of variable slope and variable amplitude is used to establish a simple and easy method for deformation test of gearbox. The feasibility of the deformation test system and the test method of the gearbox is verified by the test that co only provides an important means for the deformation test of th mbined with an enterprise gearbox. And this not e gearbox, but also provides the accurate basic data for the transmission shell stiffness and NVH design, analysis and optimization.
