摆线轮齿廓高效离散插补算法及模块开发 被引量:1

Efficient Discrete Interpolation Algorithm and Module Development of Cycloid Gear Profile

摘要 针对摆线轮齿廓曲线,提出了一种根据曲率自动调整转角间距、以数值方法计算弓高误差的齿廓高效离散粗插补算法。基于该算法开发了摆线轮齿廓设计模块,并对比了等间距法、等步长法、等误差法及该算法的齿廓粗插补结果,验证了该算法的可行性与有效性。基于该设计模块,建立了齿廓离散插补与工程制图软件、三维建模软件以及数控机床的数据对接。 In view of the cycloid gear profile, an efficient discrete interpolation algorithm whose rotation angle intervals are auto adjusted by the curvature and errors are calculated by the numerical method is proposed. Based on this algorithm, a cycloidal tooth profile design module is developed. Meanwhile, the results of equal- pitch algorithm, equalstep algorithm, equalerror algorithm and this efficient discrete interpolation algorithm are compared which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. Based on this design module, a data channel between discrete interpolation and engineering drawing software and 3D modeling software as well as the CNC machine tools is constructed.
