岳景林从痰论治肿瘤病思路探析

Discussion on Ideas of YuE Jing-Lin on Treating the Tumor Disease from Phlegm

吉林省已故名老中医岳景林擅治疑难病症,主张从痰论治恶性肿瘤病。他认为肿瘤病属于本虚标实之证,正气不足痰浊凝聚是发生肿瘤病的病机关键,根据痰具有易行善变、变化多端,易化寒、化热,挟风、夹湿、夹瘀的特点,从辨证施治的角度出发,标本兼顾,总结出清热化痰、散寒化痰、行气化痰、健脾化痰、活血化痰、养阴化痰、宣肺化痰、峻下逐痰、化痰软坚散结9种化痰法,视患者的具体病情灵活运用,从而达到控制肿瘤患者术后复发、转移,提高晚期患者的生活质量、延长生存期的目的。

YuE Jing-Lin was the late famous old doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jilin province. He skilled in difficult and complicated cases and treated the malignant tumor disease with the theory of phlegm. He believed that this disease is caused by deficiencies in origin and enrichment in symptom and the key of it is deficiencies of the vital-qi and turbid-phlegm. Because phlegm has the characteristics of capriciousness,transforming into cold,heat,wind,dampness and blood stasis,Dr. Yue followed the principles of syndrome differentiation,relying on both primary and secondary symptoms,and he summarized nine kinds of resolving phlegm methods： removing heat,dispelling cold,promoting flow of qi,tonifying spleen,activating blood,nourishing yin,dispersing lungs,drastic purgation and resolving hard lump. Dr. Yue flexibly used these nine methods according to the patient＇s specific condition to control tumor recurrence and metastasis after operation.The goal is to improve the quality of life and prolong survival period for the patients with terminal cancer.
