偏头痛病在脑络,其脑络病变既包括脑气络病变也包含脑血络病变,且在偏头痛的病程发展过程中,脑络可由功能性障碍逐渐发展到结构性损伤。针刺是治疗偏头痛的有效方法,可通过疏通脑络而达到防治偏头痛的目的。在偏头痛的发展过程中,其脑络病变具有动态演变的特点,因此针刺防治偏头痛的方案也应作出动态调整。在偏头痛发作期需积极止痛,缓解期需预防症状反复,偏头痛的发病之初需调整脑络功能障碍,病久不愈则需预防脑络的结构性损伤。
